The reports stated that Bollywood celebrities gifted the couple a house worth Rs 50 crore, luxury cars, bikes and watches. However, when Bombay Times reached out to the family for confirmation on the same, they dismissed these rumours.

After a brilliant 2014&ndash;15 Duleep Trophy, Rahul got his maiden India call-up for the Test series in Australia and the batter capitalised with a hundred in the Sydney Test in that series.
His form may have come into question recently but he has so far scored 2604 runs in 78 innings in whites at an average of almost 35.
KL, flaunting a cool hairstyle, made his ODI debut in Zimbabwe in June 2016 and smashed a century in his very first one-day game.
He quickly rose through the ranks and soon became India's go-to man in ODIs and in T20Is
In the one-day format, Rahul has smashed 1870 runs at a whopping average of almost 45 in 49 innings. His numbers in the shortest format of the game are also impressive where he has also smashed 2 centuries.
Rahul was picked by the Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2022 for which the IPL franchise shelled out ₹17 crores making him the joint highest-paid cricketer in the Indian Premier League alongside Virat Kohli then.
After leading his side to the knockouts in their very-first edition, Rahul will be eager to come back stronger in the new IPL season after his wedding.

A grand sangeet ceremony has been arranged for family and close friends tonight. The haldi and mehendi ceremonies reportedly took place during the day.
According to ETimes, around 70 people are included in the guest list. Photographer Rohan Shreshtha is among those invited for the function.

Actor Athiya Shetty and Indian cricketer KL Rahul are all set to tie the knot on January 23. The wedding will take place at Athiya&rsquo;s father Suniel Shetty&rsquo;s Khanala farmhouse and videos and pictures of it being all decked up are doing the rounds. The media is currently stationed outside the venue to get all us the inside details.&nbsp;
On Sunday morning, Suniel was seen exiting the farmhouse to run an errand. He stopped midway to interact with the cameramen. He thanked them for all the love and support and promised that he&rsquo;ll meet the paparazzi along with his wife Mana Shetty, son Ahan Shetty, <a href="https://www.editorji.com/entertainment-news/bollywood/athiya-shetty-kl-rahul-wedding-suniel-shetty-s-khandala-house-decorated-ceremonies-may-start-soon-1674302856890">Athiya</a> and KL Rahul tomorrow.
The couple has reportedly no phone policy and guests are advised not to post pictures and videos from the wedding venue. According to Times of India, Athiya and KL Rahul&rsquo;s wedding will take place in the presence of 100 guests.

Actor Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul are expected to tie the knot soon and now videos and pictures of decorations at actor Suniel Shetty's lavish Khandala farmhouse, the wedding venue, are being widely shared online.
The venue is all lit up as pre-wedding festivities have begun at their holiday home. A huge pandal, draped with yellow and white clothes, has been set up outside their home.
The couple has reportedly no phone policy and guests are advised not to post pictures and videos from the wedding venue. According to Times of India, Athiya and KL Rahul&rsquo;s wedding will take place in the presence of 100 guests.
Suniel Shetty's Khandala farmhouse has scenic views, beautiful gardens, a swimming pool and so much more.
There has been no official confirmation about the wedding so far. However, KL Rahul's home in Mumbai was seen getting decorated last week.
