Tagging the Mumbai Police, a Twitter user asked them to take 'strict action' against the actor and wrote that he was driving an &lsquo;Insurance Failed car&rsquo;.

Actor Ranveer Singh is often seen driving around in his luxury car Aston Martin, worth Rs 3.9 crore. Recently, the Bollywood star came under scanner after a netizen claimed that his vehicle&rsquo;s insurance policy had expired. Now, Ranveer&rsquo;s team has reportedly issued a statement clarifying the same. Sharing the document, which shows the latest policy issue date, they said that the car had a valid insurance policy, which was renewed this July.
Photos of Ranveer taking his car for a spin in the city went viral on the internet. Tagging the Mumbai Police, a Twitter user asked them to take 'strict action' against the actor and wrote that he was driving an &lsquo;Insurance Failed car&rsquo;.
&lsquo;@MumbaiPolice Please take strick action on @RanveerOfficial. Insurance Failed car he drove yesterday!!#RanveerSingh pic.twitter.com/wzhSCqWzGU,&rsquo; they tweeted. Mumbai Police&rsquo;s social media team then responded that the tweet was forwarded to concerned department.
Before this issue, Ranveer Singh had sparked controversy after posing nude for a magazine. An FIR was filed against him, claiming images were &lsquo;obscene&rsquo; and hurt &lsquo;women&rsquo;s sentiments.&rsquo;
On the work front, Ranveer Singh has Rohit Shetty&rsquo;s &lsquo;Cirkus&rsquo;, and Karan Johar&rsquo;s &lsquo;Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani&rsquo; in his kitty.

The campaigners are calling for the UK government to halt all new oil and gas licences and consent.&nbsp;
The Aston Martin incident came hours after UK home secretary branded the activists as Thugs and Vandals.&nbsp;
Campaigners have vowed to continue protests everyday which entered 16th day.&nbsp;
Earlier, Britain's Home Secretary Suella Braverman issued a threat to direct-action protesters. The group released a statement saying they would not be intimidated.
