Apple's Mixed Reality headset launch is expected to be postponed to September to coincide with the iPhone 15 series, as per the information shared by tipster Ming-Chi Kuo. Kuo attributed the delay to software issues but did not provide specifics about the bugs. China's Luxshare ICT is anticipated to be the primary manufacturer of the device, which may be named Reality Pro and will likely run its own xrOS operating system. The headset is expected to carry a price tag of up to $3,000. &nbsp;

Snapchat's parent company Snap Inc. has launched the fourth generation of its Spectacles. The new model gets full augmented reality features, combining filters, effects and games from Snapchat with the real world. The 4th-gen spectacles feature dual 3D waveguide displays, two cameras, four microphones, two stereo speakers and a touchpad. However, Snap says it won't be selling this generation of Spectacles, and will only be offering it to AR artists and developers to help improve the product range.

The Oppo AR Glass 2021 are 75 per cent lighter than last year&rsquo;s model and feature a new &ldquo;split-design&rdquo; as well as Birdbath optical technology with 0.71-inch OLED panels.
The glasses include stereo fisheye cameras for gesture recognition, a time-of-flight sensor, and a conventional RGB camera.
They can also be connected directly to a Find X2 Pro smartphone through a USB-C to USB-C cable to make use of its greater processing power.
