Filmmaker Shankar has hit back at 'Anniyan' producer V Ravichandran for sending him a&nbsp;legal notice and a scathing letter, accusing him of indulging in unlawful acts. 
Issuing a strong&nbsp;statement,&nbsp;Shankar claimed that he holds the complete right to the script of Anniyan, and doesn't require Ravichandran&rsquo;s permission to use it again. 
Shankar&nbsp;further added&nbsp;that the producer or any of his entities&nbsp;do not have the right to remake&nbsp;Anniyan, as the rights have not been granted to them in writing.&nbsp;
Shankar&nbsp;announced that he will remake Anniyan in Hindi, with Ranveer Singh in the lead role.
