The much-awaited teaser of Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer 'Animal' was unveiled on September 28 and it left everyone intrigued.
Actor Vijay Deverakonda was among many others who lauded the teaser. Taking to X, Vijay called Rashmika and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga 'darlings' and extended best wishes to the team.
He tweeted, 'Wishing my Darlings Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Rashmika Mandanna and my fav RK the very best and Happy Birthday! #AnimalTeaser."&nbsp;
Replying to Vijay's tweet, Rashmika called him 'the bestest'.
She wrote, "Thankyouuuuuuu @TheDeverakonda. You be the bestestestestttt!'
Vijay Deverakonda's tweet comes at a time when rumours of him dating Rashmika have been making headlines.&nbsp;
Vijay and Rashmika have starred together in films such as 'Geetha Govindam' and 'Dear Comrade'.
Rashmika Mandanna plays Ranbir Kapoor's character's love interest Geetanjali in 'Animal'.&nbsp;
Rashmika Mandanna made her Bollywood debut with 'Goodbye' in 2022.
In the film, she co-starred with Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta. She also featured in the espionage drama 'Mission Majnu' with Sidharth Malhotra earlier this year. After 'Animal', she will be seen in 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', opposite Allu Arjun.

On the occasion of Ranbir Kapoor&rsquo;s birthday, the makers of &lsquo;Animal&rsquo; unveiled the teaser of his forthcoming film. While a section of netizens was impressed with Ranbir's swag, others felt the teaser could have been better.&nbsp;
A fan wrote that the movie promises to be an edge-of-your-seat experience. Another commented that Ranbir Kapoor once again will prove why he is the best actor in Bollywood.&nbsp;
A third user said that no other actor in the current generation has the screen presence and aura of Ranbir.&nbsp;

A few netizens said that they had a lot of expectations from the teaser, but it was mild.
A user wrote, &lsquo;I found #AnimalTeaser to be somewhat mid. Initially, the first scene of the trailer was intriguing, but as it progressed, it seemed to become just another typical criminal movie, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the trailer didn't really excite me as much as I had hoped.&rsquo;
'Animal', directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, centres on a strained father-son relationship against a backdrop of intense bloodshed.
Besides Ranbir Kapoor, the film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. It will be in theatres on December 1, 2023.

The teaser of Ranbir Kapoor&rsquo;s highly anticipated film &lsquo;Animal&rsquo; has left the audience intrigued. Now, Ranbir&rsquo;s wife, actor Alia Bhatt has reviewed the teaser on Instagram.
Expressing her excitement, Alia wrote, &lsquo;NO CAPTION NEEDED&rsquo;.
In the teaser, Ranbir plays a man who is in constant need of his father&rsquo;s constant validation. Even though he seems to be physically and emotionally abused by his father, he strives to defend his name and make him proud.
According to the teaser, Ranbir&rsquo;s attachment to his father leads him on the path of becoming a gangster.
Anil Kapoor plays Ranbir&rsquo;s father in the film, while Rashmika Mandanna plays his love interest. Bobby Deol features as the antagonist.
Reacting to the teaser, one fan wrote, &lsquo;Mind blowing.&rsquo; Another added, &lsquo;Ranbir Kapoor ki acting&rsquo;.
&lsquo;Animal&rsquo; is Sandeep Reddy Vanga&rsquo;s second Bollywood film after Shahid Kapoor starrer &lsquo;Kabir Singh&rsquo;. It is scheduled to be released in theatres on December 1.
The film was originally set to clash with Sunny Deol&rsquo;s &lsquo;Gadar 2&rsquo;, Akshay Kumar&rsquo;s &lsquo;OMG 2&rsquo;, and Rajinikanth&rsquo;s &lsquo;Jailer&rsquo; in August. The director delayed the film&rsquo;s release stating that the post-production work of the film was incomplete.
