Singer-music composer Amaal Mallik has come out in support of global star Priyanka Chopra after she opened up about her decision to move to Hollywood. In an interview, Priyanka revealed that she was pushed into a corner in Bollywood and she got tired of the 'politics'.
Taking to Twitter, Amaal said that he faces the same &lsquo;on a daily basis&rsquo;. He added that it is about time that Bollywood&rsquo;s truth about camps, cliques, and politics comes out in the open.
His tweet read, &lsquo;Well it&rsquo;s something that I face on a daily basis. When fans ask me why I don&rsquo;t do as many Bollywood films ? Now you know ;) The truth about campism, bootlicking &amp; powerplay within #Bollywood needs to come out more often. See what they tried to do to this amazing woman.&rsquo;
Speaking with Dax Shepherd on his podcast &lsquo;Armchair Expert&rsquo;, Priyanka Chopra shared, &lsquo;I was being pushed into a corner in the industry (Bollywood). I had people not casting me, I had beef with people, I am not good at playing that game so I kind of was tired of the politics and I said I needed a break. This music thing gave me an opportunity to go into another part of the world, not crave for the movies I didn&rsquo;t want to get but I would require to schmooze certain clubs and cliques of people. It would require groveling and I had worked a long time by then that I didn&rsquo;t feel like I wanted to do it.&rsquo;
Besides Amaal Mallik, filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri and actor Kangana Ranaut also came out in support of Priyanka Chopra.
Agnihotri tweeted, &lsquo;When big bullies bully, some kneel down, some surrender, some give up and leave, some take drugs, few have lost life too. Against this &lsquo;impossible to defeat&rsquo; gang of bullies, very very few quit and make their own universe of success. Those are the real life stars.&rsquo;
Meanwhile, Kangana claimed filmmaker Karan Johar &lsquo;banned&rsquo; Priyanka from the Hindi film industry and accused him of &lsquo;harassing vulnerable outsiders&rsquo;.

Veteran actor Zeenat Aman made her Instagram debut on Saturday. The actor has shared some of her latest shot pictures. Sharing the first picture, she wrote, 'Laughing at the places life takes me. Why hello there, Instagram.'
Posting another picture she talked about how in the 70s the industry was male-dominated, she wrote, 'In the 70s the film and fashion industry were absolutely male-dominated, and I would often be the only woman on a set. Over the course of my career, I have been photographed and filmed by many talented men. A woman&rsquo;s gaze though is different.'&nbsp;
She also appreciated her photographer for the shot and added, 'This series of pictures was shot by young photographer @tanyyaa.a_ in the comfort of my home. No lights, no makeup artist, no hairdresser, no stylist, no assistants. Just a lovely sunny afternoon together. It&rsquo;s such a pleasure to see so many young women working on both sides of the lens today. I look forward to discovering more such talent on Instagram.'
The pictures of the actor have garnered immense love and fans can't contain their excitement on seeing their favorite actor on Instagram. She has also received a warm welcome from Bollywood stars including Tara Sutaria and Amaal Mallik among others.

Speaking about the trend to do remixes, Mallik&nbsp;said&nbsp;that he has said no to remixes only when the original song is being tampered or ruined. Mallik added that he feels he is safe as the original composer hasn't complained yet about the remixes he created.
Adding that he is also slowly trying to do something in the independent music space, Amaal&nbsp;said&nbsp;that he is in Bollywood to win hearts and he didn&rsquo;t come here to survive but came here to rule. So, I am focused on doing that.
