Indian Army stands with this belief," the Chinar&nbsp;Corps tweeted.

"In keeping with the traditions &amp; ethos of the #IndianArmy, #ChinarCorps resuscitated a damaged grave of Major Mohd Shabir Khan, Sitara-e-Jurrat, Pakistan Army, who was Killed in Action (KIA) at a forward location along LC in Naugam Sector on 05 May 1972," Chinar Corps posted on its Twitter handle. "A fallen soldier, irrespective to the country he belongs to, deserves respect &amp; honour in death. #IndianArmy stands with this belief. This is #IndianArmy for the world," the Army added.

In Banjara Hills a 49-year-old man, running a naturopathy clinic, was electrocuted when he was trying to remove water from the cellar of his inundated apartment.
TV channels showed visuals of a man being washed away and residents climbing the terrace of their houses seeking help.
He was later rescued by police and locals.
The State government declared a holiday for all government offices and private institutions on Wednesday and Thursday, even as people were advised to stay indoors unless it was an emergency.
K T Rama Rao, Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, held an emergency meeting with senior officials and reviewed the rescue and relief operations in the city.
He said several trees and electricity poles were uprooted due to the deluge and directed the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) to coordinate with Municipal Administration and Police Departments to ensure that power is restored at the earliest.

The govt has said that in the first phase classes 9 to 12 will start and schools will be run in two shifts to ensure student safety. Social distancing and proper sanitisation of premises will have to be followed by schools, the state has said. It further stated that a maximum of 50 per cent students should be called in a day and remaining 50 per cent the following day. Students will only be allowed to attend classes after furnishing written permission from their parents or guardians, the government said.
