The Haryana government has decided that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s tractor rally will not be stopped from entering the state on October 6. The Congress is scheduled to hold tractor rallies in Kurukshetra and Karnal on October 6 and 7. However hitting out at Rahul, Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said Haryana farmers have understood Congress tactics and will not allow anybody to mislead them. Khattar who was in Karnal on Monday to meet farmers and arhtiyas and mandi association representatives, warned Rahul against disruption of peace in the state.
