BCCI has confirmed that wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant will undergo surgery for ligament tears in Mumbai.
Pant will be brought to Mumbai via an air ambulance. The 25-year-old will go under the knife at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute.
His subsequent recovery and rehabilitation will also take place under the supervision of the BCCI medical team in the city.
