Calling rain, the winner in India's tour to New Zealand won't be wrong as after 2 of the 3 T20Is and the 2nd ODI were washed due to rain, the 3rd and final one-day game in Christchurch had the same fate.

The hosts needed 115 runs in the remaining 32 overs when rain stopped play and the match had to end in no result. However, the Kiwis won the ODI series 1-0.

Earlier, Indian batters failed to impress as the Men in Blue were bowled out for 219, with their top score of 51 coming from number 7 batter Washington Sundar.

In reply, New Zealand had a strong start and lost their 1st wicket after openers put on 97 runs on the board. They were 104/1 in 18 overs when the covers came on and didn't let any play happen post that.
