The Under-19 squad that made India proud in Antigua by clinching the record-extending 5th ICC Under-19 World Cup title is all set to return to India.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India who have announced hefty cash rewards for the Boys in Blue further said that the Indian colts will be felicitated in Ahmedabad upon arrival. The World Cup-winning team will arrive on Tuesday morning. The team boarded a long flight on Sunday evening and will land in Ahmedabad via Amsterdam and Bangalore.
Despite a Covid-marred campaign, the junior team defeated England in the final match of the Under 19 World Cup on Saturday.
