Ahead of his 100th Test match in Delhi, Cheteswar Pujara along with his wife met honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.
After the meeting, the Indian batter tweeted to say that he was honoured to have met the PM and he will cherish this interaction and encouragement ahead of his 100th Test.
PM Modi responded with best wishes for Pujara on his milestone and career.
Pujara will join an elite list when India take on Australia in the 2nd Test in Delhi and will become the 13th Indian to play 100 or more Tests.
