As the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections edge closer, the political battlefield in the national capital is abuzz with energy, last-minute appeals, and fierce competition. 

With campaigning officially ending today, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Indian National Congress (INC) have pulled out all stops to rally support for their candidates, setting the stage for an intense electoral showdown.

This election sees a mix of veteran politicians and fresh faces from each party vying for a place in the 70-member Delhi Assembly.

Each candidate carries the hopes of their party and supporters, making this a high-stakes contest that will shape Delhi’s political future.

Meet the 10 pivotal candidates from each party who are set to shape the outcome of this intense electoral battle.

Over the past weeks, political leaders have crisscrossed the city, addressing rallies, holding roadshows, and making last-minute promises to sway undecided voters.

Delhi has a total of 1,55,24,858 registered voters, marking a 1.09% increase since the last electoral roll update on October 29, 2024. The electorate includes 83,49,645 male voters, 71,73,952 female voters, and 1,261 third-gender voters. A total of 699 candidates are contesting across all 70 Assembly seats, making the competition even tougher.

The polling is set for February 5, 2025, with Delhiites deciding the fate of the next government in a single-phase election. The much-anticipated results will be announced on February 8, 2025, revealing whether Delhi opts for continuity or change in leadership. 

With the campaign dust settling, all eyes are now on the voters, who will ultimately shape the city's political future.
