After 2-day break, Parliament reconvenes with protests, adjourned for 3 hours

Parliament convened on 20 March 2023 after a two-day weekend break, but the situation remained unchanged as both Houses were adjourned within 10 minutes.

While the ruling side MPs raised slogans for Rahul Gandhi's apology on his "democracy under attack" comments, the Opposition sought a probe into the Adani issue.

Earlier, the first week of the second leg of the Budget Session was washed out as the two sides clashed over their respective agenda.
