Social distancing norms went for a toss at a Covid vaccination centre in Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara district that witnessed a stampede like situation due to huge crowd that turned up for shots.
A video from the Sausar vaccination centre shows scores of people from various age groups rushing in as the centre opened apparently to reserve slots.
People can be seen falling on top of each other. Several, including women can be seen falling on the ground.
Reports said that police had to be called in to control the chaos at the vaccination centre.
