Xiaomi 14 Ultra camera and details unveiled ahead of February 22 launch

Xiaomi has provided a sneak peek into the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, highlighting its powerful camera setup.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Camera Specs

The flagship device will boast a 50MP Sony LYT-900 main camera, featuring Sony’s cutting-edge one-inch image sensor. This represents a significant advancement, with a remarkable 136% increase in light input compared to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.

Notably, the main camera supports a versatile aperture range, varying from f/1.63 to f/4.0. Additionally, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will include a 50MP IMX858 camera sensor, complete with a f/1.8 aperture, 75mm focal length, and 3.2x optical zoom.

Furthermore, the smartphone will incorporate a 50MP Sony IMX858 periscope telephoto camera, boasting a f/2.5 aperture, 120mm focal length, and 5x optical zoom.

Although details about the ultra-wide-angle camera remain undisclosed, it is expected to feature a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens from the previous model, with added support for macro photography.

Impressive Hardware Specifications

In addition to its remarkable camera capabilities, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to bring an exceptional hardware configuration to the table.

Benchmark assessments have unveiled that the phone will run on the formidable Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and will come equipped with Android 14, offering users an advanced and seamless operating experience.

The device will also feature a generous 16GB of RAM, ensuring optimal performance for multitasking and resource-intensive applications. The flagship smartphone will offer a stunning 6.73-inch 2K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display, delivering crisp visuals and smooth interactions.

Furthermore, it is expected to provide ample storage with up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Powering the device will be a sizable 5,300mAh battery, designed to offer extended usage without compromising on performance.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also likely support rapid 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
