In India, iPhones are finally getting a new software update that supports Airtel and Jio 5G.

All you have to do is install the most recent iOS 16.2 update on your iPhone.

After installing the update on your iPhone, you may notice a new 5G status icon in the notification area if the Wi-Fi is not active.

If you do not see it, launch the Settings app and navigate to Cellular > Cellular Data Options. If you have two active SIM cards, you can choose which one to use for 5G.

It should be noted that iPhones older than the iPhone 12 do not have hardware compatibility for 5G.
