These were the words from the cricketing fraternity after star Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant escaped a deadly car crash in Roorkee.

While NCA head VVS Laxman tweeted, "Thankfully he is out of danger", former India captain Virender Sehwag wrote, 'Bahut hi jald swasth ho jao.'

Former India cricketer and leg-spin wizard Anil Kumble wrote, 'Wishing Pant a speedy recovery, get well soon Rishabh Pant.'

Former Australia captain and Delhi Capitals coach Ricky Ponting also reacted to Pant's accident on Twitter. Ponting wrote, 'At this time thinking and praying for Rishabh Pant, hope he gets back on his feet soon.
