Former Indian Captain Sourav Ganguly has reportedly fallen out of BCCI's favour. The current BCCI president who will be replaced by Roger Binny soon has failed to find himself a place in the new dispensation.

Sourav Ganguly who in the past couple of weeks has had several rounds of discussions with stakeholders in Delhi was apparently offered the post of IPL chairperson which he refused since he is focusing on becoming either the new ICC head or continuing as the BCCI head. However, BCCI is reportedly not keen on backing him for the ICC post.

BCCI vice president confirmed to the reporters that the nominations filed so far are unopposed and went on to inform that Roger Binny has filed the nomination for the president's post and Arun Dhumal will head the IPL governing council.
