ICC names 3 Indian players in 2022 Men's T20I Team of the Year; 4 Indian players included in Women's team

Former Indian captain Virat Kohli has been named in the ICC Men's T20I Team of the Year along with 2 other Indian players while the women's team has Smriti Mandhana and three other India cricketers in the list.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has picked 11 players each from Men's and Women's cricket, who have impressed fans with their batting, bowling or all-round display in 2022.

Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya are the 3 Indian players to be picked in Men's XI while Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, Richa Ghosh and Renuka Singh are the 4 Indian names included in the Women's XI.

ICC Men's T20I Team of the Year: Jos Buttler (C/WK), Mohammad Rizwan, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Glenn Philips, Sikandar Raza, Hardik Pandya, Sam Curran, Wanindu Hasaranga, Haris Rauf, Josh Little.

ICC Women's T20I Team of the Year: Smriti Mandhana, Beth Mooney, Sophie Devine (C), Ash Gardner, Tahlia McGrath, Nida Dar, Deepti Sharma, Richa Ghosh (WK), Sophie Ecclestone, Inoka Ranaweera, Renuka Singh.
