Team India took a breather as they headed to the Dubai beach to 'unwind' after beginning their Asia Cup campaign on a high note.

It was a relaxing session for the Men in blue who were seen indulging in some fun water activities on their day off. In a video posted by BCCI on Twitter, bowlers Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin were seen paddling whilst Captain Rohit Sharma and his deputy KL Rahul went kayaking.

The day out was supposedly Head Coach Rahul Dravid's idea as Chahal explained in the video, ‘It was our day off so Rahul sir decided we go for fun activities as it's good fun and relaxing. You'll see how everyone is enjoying themselves as it helps in team bonding.’

Virat Kohli and the senior most Indian player Dinesh Karthik were seen sharing a light moment as they played volleyball with other members of the Indian squad.
