Actor Sooraj Pancholi opened up about the Jiah Khan abetment to suicide case and the tough eight years he faced since the actress' death.
The sessions court has transferred the case to a special CBI court.
Speaking about it Pancholi said he and his family is hopeful that the CBI court will be expeditious with the case and if the court finds him guilty, he should be penalized, but if it doesn’t, he deserves to be set free from these charges.

Recounting how he and his family suffered a lot, Sooraj added he doesn't know how he survived the past eight years.
Sooraj was arrested in 2013 and has been under the spotlight ever since.
For the uninitiated, Jiah was found dead at her Juhu home by her mother Rabia on June 3, 2013. Pancholi was arrested on June 10, 2013, and granted bail in July.
