According to a scientific study published by European Urology, masturbating regularly reduces the risk of prostate cancer by three times. According to IFLScience some believe having an orgasm regularly flushes out toxins which could increase the risk of cancer.

The study says that men should have an orgasm either by masturbation or sex at least 21 times in a month to keep away the risk of cancer. The researchers surveyed 31,925 men over a period of 18-years and kept tabs on how often they were masturbating throughout their lives and came to this conclusion.
