Summers are here and it should be your utmost priority to keep your body hydrated. Lack of water in our bodies can cause various health problems. Here are some fruits that you should include in your diet to keep hydrated.

Fruits with high water content

Watermelon

Watermelon contains up to 92 per cent water. This completes the lack of water in our body and also keeps our digestive system healthy.

Orange

Vitamin C is found in abundance in oranges and it works as an immunity booster for the body. Oranges also contain potassium which is beneficial for brain.

Cucumber

Eating cucumber is common in summer to deal with dehydration. The anti-inflammatory properties and potassium present in cucumbers keep our body safe from the heat waves.

Grapes

Grapes contain all essential minerals like carbohydrates, fibre, sodium, and vitamins. Grapes compensate for the lack of water in the body and also keep it cool.

Mango

Summer is the season for mangos; nutrients like manganese, calcium, selenium, and iron are found in them. Mangoes also complete the lack of water in the body.
