Nayanthara And Vignesh Shivan welcome twin sons Uyir and Ulagam; filmmaker shares post

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan have welcomed twin baby boys via surrogacy. The announcement was made by Vignesh on Instagram with a series of pictures of his newborn sons. In the pictures the couple can be seen kissing the feet of their babies.

'Nayan and me have become Amma and Appa. We are blessed with twin baby boys. All our prayers, our ancestors' blessingsblessings combined with all the good manifestations made,  have come 2gethr in the form of 2 blessed babies for us. Need all your blessings for Uyir and Ulagam,' he wrote.

Vignesh's post is flooded with congratulatory messages from fans, friends and colleagues. 'Jawan' director Atlee is among those who extended their best wishes.
Vignesh shared another post, featuring Nayanthara with the twins and wrote, 'I love you two. I love you three.'

Vignesh and Nayanthara tied the knot in Chennai in June this year. Their wedding was attended by several A-list celebrities such as Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan and Mani Ratnam.
Vignesh had shared the dreamy wedding pictures on social media.

On the work front, Nayanthara recently featured in 'GodFather', co-starring Chiranjeevi,  Satyadev and Salman Khan. She will next feature in Atlee's 'Jawan' alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
