'Darlings' actor Vijay Varma talks about his success, says parents 'do not have much regard for that'

Vijay Varma, who is being appreciated for his performance in ‘Darlings’, opened up about his parent’s reaction to film’s success and the praise that his character has received. In an exclusive interview with Prabhat Khabar, the actor said that his parents do not care much for his success in the film industry, but are happy that he can afford his own living and will not die because of hunger. 

Jasmeet K Reem’s directorial features Alia Bhatt and Shefali Shah in lead roles and Vijay Varma plays the character of Alia’s abusive husband Hamza in the film.

Vijay talked about his latest film ‘Darlings’ in an interview with news agency PTI and said that he found the film’s story fascinating and he was glad to get an opportunity to work with Shefali and Alia.

On the work front, Vijay will be next seen in ‘Dahaad’, co-starring Sonakshi Sinha and ‘Mirzapur 3’ among others.
