Veteran actor Krishna's funeral was held with state honours on Wednesday, November 11, after many prominent personalities and fans paid their last respects.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Reddy, Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar and renowned Telugu actor N Balakrishna were among many who paid homage to the veteran actor at the Mahaprasthanam crematorium in Jubilee Hills.
Many fans had also arrived to bid final adieu to the superstar.
Krishna passed away on November 15 in a Hyderabad hospital where he was undergoing treatment for cardiac arrest. He was 79.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other prominent leaders have also condoled Krishna's death.
