In a scathing attack on anti-CAA protesters, West Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh said that BJP governments in UP, Assam, was right to open fire at protesters, shooting them like 'dogs'.
Hitting out at West Bengal CM for not taking action against the protesters, Ghosh said that those destroying public property will be shot and put in jail by the BJP.
Adressing the rally, Ghosh said "These protesters are destroying public property, is it their father's? Taxpayers' money is spent on building public property, roads, railways. Look at our govts in Assam and UP, these vandals have been shot like dogs and taken into custody. What do they think, they'll come here, eat and stay here, and then destroy our public property? Is this zamindari raj? We will beat them with sticks, shoot them if needed and also send them to jail."
