Former US President Donald Trump is reportedly looking to regain control of his powerful social media accounts in order to make a comeback for the White House.
In a letter to Meta obtained by NBC News, Donald Trump's advisers argued that the ban "dramatically distorted and inhibited public discourse" and should be restored.
The decision on the matter is expected in coming weeks according to reports.
Trump was banned from the social media platform in 2021 following the Capitol Hill riots.
