Kapil Dev's latest ad is making heads turn!
The cricketing legend took the Internet by storm after featuring in an advertisement for CRED, a credit card management platform.
With some bold fashion choices, Kapil Dev shows some never-seen-before avatars, as he imitates Bollywood star Ranveer Singh and his 'unique' fashion style.
In the hilarious viral ad, the 62-year-old veteran cricketer can be seen playing cricket the 'Ranveer Singh way', bowling in a long skirt and then catching the ball in an animal print coat. We can't miss the pink cricket jersey and quirky sunglasses either!
Kapil Dev post the video and wrote, "Heads, I'm fashionable. Tails, I'm still fashionable."
CRED is known for quirky ads. The tech startup previously had many sports personalities in their ads, in including Olympic Gold medallist Neeraj Chopra, cricketer Rahul Dravid, among others.
Ranveer Singh will be seen in '83', where he plays Kapil Dev in the upcoming sports drama. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film chronicles the journey of the Indian cricket team led by skipper Kapil Dev, that led the country to its first World Cup victory in 1983.
