Micro-blogging platform Twitter has announced a change in its policy to tackle Covid-19 vaccine misinformation, as the US begins its mass immunization campaign. Twitter has said false claims about the vaccine that could be harmful or invoke "a deliberate conspiracy" will be removed. Set to be enforced from next week, the new policy also bans widely debunked misinformation regarding the adverse effects of the Covid-19 vaccines.
