OnePlus has quietly edited the update information for its OnePlus 7 and 7T series on its community forum, indicating that the devices will no longer receive any new updates.
This decision comes as a surprise to some users who were expecting the devices to receive two Android OS upgrades and an additional year of security updates, based on the company's previous software update policy.
The OxygenOS 12 update will be the final build for the OnePlus 7 and 7T series, which were launched in 2019.
