The JioBook was introduced earlier this month at the India Mobile Congress and is the brand's first laptop.

Soon after the introduction, the laptop became available for purchase only through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). That is changing now as the JioBook is available to everyone through the Reliance Digital e-commerce website.

The JioBook is an oudated Android device that looks like a laptop. It has an 11.6-inch HD display with a resolution of 1366x768 pixels.

While the official description simply specifies a 64-bit Octa-Core processor, we know the chipset is the dated Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 with an Adreno 610 GPU. The SoC is combined with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of extendable eMMC storage (up to 128GB).

JioOS, which is based on Android and is claimed to be highly optimised and lightweight for performance, powers this laptop. Users can download and install third-party applications from the Jio Store.

The battery in the JioBook laptop is promised to provide 8+ hours of battery life on a single charge.

4G LTE (via Jio network), Bluetooth 5.0, 1 HDMI micro, Wi-Fi, and a 3.5mm audio port are among the connectivity options here.

The JioBook price in India is set at ₹15,799. In addition, there are several Bank offers. Customers who purchase the laptop using an Axis, Kotak, ICICI, HDFC, AU, IndusInd, DBS, Yes, or other major bank credit card will receive a 10 percent immediate discount.
