Actor Sunny Deol is reuniting with Ameesha Patel for 'Gadar 2', and the announcement is sending us on a whole different nostalgia trip!
'Gadar 2' is the sequel of blockbuster romantic film, Gadar, which was released in 2001, which also had Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel in the leading roles.
While 'Gadar' was set against the partition of India in 1947, its sequel is reportedly going to move ahead with a similar India-Pakistan angle.
The film will chronicle the story of Tara played by Sunny Deol, Sakeena played by Ameesha Patel, and Jeet, their son.
Filmmaker Anil Sharma has been reportedly working on Gadar’s sequel for more than 15 years. All plot details are being kept under wraps at the moment.
