Neeraj Chopra plays down any foul play by Pakistani javelin thrower during Olympics

Tokyo Olympics Gold medallist Neeraj Chopra has played down any foul play by Pakistani javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem during their final at the Games. 

Neeraj in a Times of India interview was quoted saying that he found his javelin to be with the Pakistani athlete which let to a huge controversy. People even went on to criticize Arshad Nadeem. As a result, Neeraj released a video to clear the air. He said that We all have our personal javelins but anyone can use these javelins. This is the rule and Nadeem was just practicing using my javelin. There is nothing wrong with it.

Earlier, Neeraj said that he was searching for his javelin at the start of the final and was unable to find it. Suddenly, he saw Arshad Nadeem moving around with his javelin, so Neeraj asked him to return his javelin. Arshad was quick to return it as well.
