This coach asked 2011 World Cup winners to have SEX before matches

After waiting for 28 years, India finally won their second-World Cup title on April 2, 2011. A former coach had an interesting advice for the Indian players that he has revealed in his book.

Former mental conditioning coach of Team India Paddy Upton has revealed that he had asked the Indian players to have sex before the matches at ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2011. Upton has revealed this in his book 'The Barefoot Coach'. However, the then Indian coach Gary Kristen was angry with this advice of Upton. Upton had to apologize later.

He revealed some other interesting stories as well. In his book, he has written that he prepared a detailed note on benefits of sex during Champions Trophy 2009 citing that Sex improves player's performance.

He has also written that Dhoni made a rule in which everybody had to pay 10,000 rupees fine if someone was late. He further wrote, "Nobody was ever late from the one day team again".
