Suryakumar Yadav and Venkatesh Iyer make massive jumps in ICC T20I rankings after West Indies series

Backed by amazing performances in the recently concluded West Indies series, Suryaumar Yadav and Venkatesh Iyer have moved up the ranks in the ICC Men's T20I rankings for batters on Wednesday. 

The middle-order batting duo starred in the hosts' 3-0 win against the Windies in the T20I series. Yadav and Iyer jumped to 21st and 115th spot respectively. While Yadav sprang 35 places, Iyer was earlier placed at 318th position.

Both the players immensely contributed against West Indies with SKY ending up the series as the highest run-getter with 107 runs in 3 matches. Meanwhile, KL Rahul who did not play in the West Indies series due to an injury dropped 2 places to reach the 6th spot and Virat Kohli remained static at the 10 spot in the rankings. Pakistan skipper Babar Azam is at the top spot followed by Mohammad Rizwan
