PCB chief Najam Sethi intends to have a chat with ACC president and BCCI secretary Jay Shah during the opening ceremony of the International League T20 in Dubai.

According to a PTI report, the PCB chairman is looking to use the ILT20 opening ceremony to work on relations with ACC members and ensure that the Asia Cup is held as scheduled in Pakistan later this year.

Sethi wants to discuss the hosting issue with Shah after both parties were involved in a war of words over the ACC cricket calendar announcement last week.

However, there is no confirmation yet from the BCCI whether its top bosses or any other office-bearers with attend the opening ceremony or not.
