Washington Sundar's participation in the ODI series vs South Africa is doubtful as the all-rounder tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday.

22-year-old Sundar is believed to be in Mumbai, from where the members of the ODI squad were scheduled to leave to take part in the ODI series starting January 19. He was a part of the 18-member squad.

Sundar's career has been rocked by injuries due to which he wasn't a part of the international set-up for 10 months. He though recovered and did well in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
