After a 3-0 humiliation in the ODI series by South Africa, Team India head coach Rahul Dravid had no hesitation in admitting that the ODI squad lacked balance.
'Hopefully, when they come back, it will give us a lot more depth, it allows us then to probably play in a slightly different style,' added Dravid.
India missed a genuine all-rounder at the number 6 spot with Venkatesh Iyer failing to do what he is known for. Though Shardul Thakur and Deepak Chahar did give some stability down the order, it wasn't enough to help India win even a single game.
