The Australians took the field on Day 2 of the 4th Test vs India in Ahmedabad wearing black armbands.

It was done as a mark of respect to Pat Cummins' mother, Maria Cummins, who passed away overnight.

Australia's skipper had flown back home after the 2nd Test to be with his mother and Steve Smith took charge for the final 2 Tests vs India in Cummins' absence.
