Former India cricketer Harbhajan Singh tests positive for Covid-19

Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh has tested positive for Covid-19, Singh confirmed in a Tweet on Friday. 

The 41-year-old ace bowler who announced his retirement in December last year further informed in his Tweet that he has mild symptoms and is currently under quarantine at his home.

'I've tested positive for COVID with mild symptoms. I have quarantined myself at home and taking all the necessary precautions. I would request those who came in contact with me to get themselves tested at the earliest' the ex-spinner's tweet read. 

Harbhajan Singh was due to fly to Oman to take part in the ongoing Legends League Cricket. However, after contracting the virus the veteran will not be playing for the India Maharajas in the LLC.
