BCCI set to ban journalist Boria Majumdar for 2 years over Wriddhiman Saha case: Reports

Sports journalist Boria Majumdar has been found guilty of intimidating veteran wicketkeeper-batter Wriddhiman Saha over an interview by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

The Indian Cricket board formed a 3-member committee to investigate the case that came to light this year on 19 February after Wriddhiman Saha shared a Twitter post and screenshot of a chat with Majumdar in which Majumdar can be seen insulting Wriddhiman. 

According to a report in Indian Express, Boria Majumdar is likely to be banned for two years from entering stadiums in India and will also not be able to meet players.
