Gardner, who was the Player of the Series in the recent 4-1 victory over India, jumped 3 spots to become the new No. 1.
She overtook West Indies captain Hayley Matthews, Indian star Deepti Sharma & New Zealand captain Sophie Devine on the list.
India's Deepti Sharma, meanwhile, continues to be third in both the all-rounders and bowlers charts.
Among batters, India's Smriti Mandhana is third with 727 points while Australia's Tahlia McGrath is top with 814 points.
