NIA Court sent KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi to 14 days Judicial Custody

The Special NIA Court on Thursday sent Peasant Leader Akhil Gogoi to 14 days Judicial Custody. As per reports, NIA demanded an extension of Gogoi’s custody for more 10 days; however, the plea was rejected by the court. KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi was presented before Special NIA Court on Thursday. Earlier, a team of National Investigation Agency (NIA) launched a search operation at the residence of peasant leader and RTI activist Akhil Gogoi in Guwahati.
