The gaming industry's foremost expo, E3, will be held in an 'all virtual' format for 2021, the event's organisers have announced. E3 2021 will take place from June 12 - 15, and will feature presentations from Nintendo and Microsoft, along with publishers like Capcom, Konami, Ubisoft, and Take-Two Interactive. Sony and EA have not participated in E3 for a few years, choosing to hold their own virtual events, which they will likely continue this year. E3 was cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic last year, but organisers said they hope to hold an in-person E3 in 2022.
