Report: iPhone 12 was the best-selling 5G device globally in October

According to data from Counterpoint, the iPhone 12 was the best-selling 5G smartphone in the world for the month of October, despite being available to purchase for only two weeks. Counterpoint's report says the iPhone 12 managed to grab 16% of the market share in just two weeks of going on sale, followed by the iPhone 12 Pro at 8% and Samsung claimed the third spot with the Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. To recall, Apple launched the iPhone in October with a new 5G-enabled A14 Bionic chipset, a 6.1-inch AMOLED display, a dual camera setup and price tag of ₹79,900 for the 64GB model.
