Actor Priyanka Chopra has expressed her views on how streaming platforms are not only allowing the audiences to consume diverse stories but has also democratised the film industry.
Speaking about it during a virtual press conference, Priyanka said streaming services have made artists think outside the formula of a Bollywood film.
Adding that the concept of having five songs, a fight sequence has gone away, Priyanka who made her digital debut with 'The White Tiger' said now people want to tell great, real stories.
She also spoke about how it's a great time for the growth of Indian Cinema and added that OTT gave chance to new actors in the film industry that was earlier monopolised by specific people.
