Pakistan’s major opposition parties launched an alliance to hold a countrywide protest movement to oust the ruling government and also demanded PM Imran Khan’s resignation. A 26-point joint resolution adopted on Sunday by the All Parties Conference (APC) mentioned while referring to The Pakistan Army , that the Khan government has been granted "fake stability by the same establishment" that interfered with the elections to bring the incumbent rulers to power. According to the resolution, the protests would start in phases and a "decisive" long march towards Islamabad would start in January 2021 to oust the government.
