Not reprimanded but rewarded, said. The Central Industrial Security Force while issuing clarification that the CISF officer who stopped Salman Khan at the Mumbai airport has not been reprimanded.

Rubbishing some reports claiming that the officer was penalised, CISF tweeted to say that the officer who asked Salman Khan to follow the security protocol at the Mumbai airport was suitably rewarded for exemplary professionalism.

The story dates back to August 20, when a CISF officer stationed at the Mumbai Airport stopped Salman Khan from entering the airport and gestured for him to first get clearance from the security checkpoint.

His actions were lauded by fans in the comments section and on social media, after the video went viral.
